AL ATHEEL MODERN ENTERPRISES LLC was established in the year 2010. We are Specializes in manufacturing Aluminium products using exclusive technology that brings out best decorative faces of each different element. We carefully select the best Quality raw material to suit the required finished product. From the inception of this company lots of prestigious were completed with professional approach and teamwork.

It is our strict policy to only reputed and approve profile extruders and powder coating processors and only the highest standards of fabrication and finishing will be approved for the installation at site. The same standards are applied to the glasswork that we carry out.

 Gaskets we use, EPDM type, comes with 10 year warranty

 Automatic door operators like DORMA, GEZE, and STANLEY will have 1 year service warranty

 All other accessories comes with manufacturer guarantee against installation

Manufacturer’s Standard Warranty

All window and door frame systems are warranted against operation failure & are suitable for the purpose for which they are intended for a period of 1 year from installation date
One year warranty is offered for all of our supply & fabrication/ installation, except breakage of glasses due to careless or deliberate acts. AL ATHEEL MODERN ENTERPRISES LLC ensures guarantee against defects arising from faulty workmanship or materials for a period of One (1) year from the date of completion of project, subject to the following conditions:
This includes:

• This warranty shall not apply unless payment is received in full for the products/services for which the warranty claim is made

• This Guarantee is limited only to the repair or replacement of the faulty product at company’s discretion. No liability is accepted by AAME for personal injury, loss or claim or property damage, installation costs, material or other costs (whether special, consequential or otherwise) howsoever caused or arising whether direct or indirect. Only repairs carried out by AAME personnel or authorized agents are covered by this Guarantee.

This warranty shall be void in each of the following circumstances:

• Where damage caused is attributed to improper usage or unusual treatment; accidents; negligence; willful mishandling; settlement, distortion, warping, failure or cracking of the materials to which the product is mounted or attached; bending or twisting of the support structures; spray from lawn sprinklers or landscape irrigation systems; earthquakes, gale, lightning, fire, flood, wind-borne objects, hail damage, or Acts of God.

• Damage resulting from excessive stress/strain from movement of the structure.

• Failure caused by the installation of shading systems such as; the application of film to the interior or exterior of the glass; installation of thermal drapes or similar devices; installation of blinds or louvers, etc.

• Where the glass &/or framing are subjected to improper cleaning including but not limited to abrasive cleaners, strong alkalis or acids, or sharp objects.

• If modifications or alterations are made by others/ external agency.
